Once a group has been cancelled you are NOT able to reinstate and you must create a new one.
Use the parameters available to locate the group booking you are needing to cancel.
1. If no rooms have been picked up, which can be indicated under the Picked up / Reserved section, please follow the below steps:
- Click on the Group Ref
- Click Yes on the pop asking if you wish to cancel
It will direct you to a page if you wish to send a cancellation email.
- Continue to go back
- Choose the template then click Execute to send a cancellation email
2. If rooms have been picked up, which can be indicated under the Picked up / Reserved section, please follow the below steps:
- Click on the Group Ref
- Click Yes the pop will advise you have rooms picked up and these will cancel also.
It will direct you to a page if you wish to send a cancellation email.
- Continue to go back
- Choose the template then click Execute to send a cancellation email
**Please note unless you have a pre-set cancellation template set up, Groups with rooms only holding will not appear on a cancellation email template.
