Once your Resdiary integration has been completed, an additional tab will appear in your reservation screen.
On the right exists a series of buttons. From here, the user will be able to Create new Resdiary reservations. The user will also be able to cancel existing reservations, or link reservations that were created in Resdiary separately.
Clicking on create presents a pop up screen, where the user can then choose their restaurant, if there are multiple outlets, choose visit dates and covers. Profile information is automatically filled out from the Rezlynx Reservation.
Special requests can be submitted, such as dietary requirements, or seating preferences.
Once this has been filled out, the user can then click Refresh times to populate available times for this party. The user would then select the relevant time.
The user can then opt into marketing via Resdiary from the reservation screen.
Once all the criteria has been filled out, the user can then click Book Tables. This will then create the Resdiary reservation in both Rezlynx and Resdiary.
Once you click Book Tables, you will get a summary and you will be able to see the visit date, the guest name, and other details. If there are any promotions available, you will be able to select them from the drop down menu.
Additionally if the site has booking conditions, these will be highlight on the same screen, to enable the user to notify that a table needs to be given back at a certain time.
The user must tick the tick box and click book to complete the reservation
This will add an entry onto the Resdiary Tab, and also create the reservation in Resdiary.
