A Table Plan is how you create tables, they allow you to store tabs on them during service.
Within your table plan you can have multiple Locations and as many tables as you can fit on the screen inside of it.
To create a new Table Plan, from the Back Office, navigate to Till Programming > Table Plans > New
Here you will be able to enter the Location Name, Prefix, Number of Tables, and the Starting Number:
As an example, entering the Number of Tables as 10 and the Starting Number as 1 will generate the Table Numbers as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 for the Location
You can also set a Prefix, so that the names would display as Table 1, Table 2 or Room 1, Room 2
You can then select Create to Save and generate the floor layout:
The page will then return to the Default Tables & Locations screen where the Update Tables button can be selected to adjust the Floor Plan Layout as required:
Arranging these can be done by simply clicking and dragging to the desired placement.
Additional Tables can also be added if more are required at a later date:
The final step will need to be actioned via the Terminals themselves, by selecting Functions > Refresh Data
