Sometimes bookings can get stuck in the system from time to time
A task is set to run once a day for an availability re-sync but should you need to perform one manually please follow the below steps:
Cogs Icon > Tools > Re-sync > Availability
Please only resync the dates required.
Click Confirm
Check the Availability to see if the room (s) are not visible
