To remove a Travel Agent connection from Extended Channels the property MUST communicate the disconnection with the Travel Agent directly prior to un-mapping in Extended Channels.
From within Rezlynx > Rates > Restrictions, a close-out should be applied to the Rate Plan mapped to the Travel Agent. Once completed, please check that this has been applied to that Travel agent by logging into the extranet directly.
The Mappings for the Room & Rates will then need to be removed from the connection in Extended Channels. This is done by clicking UNMAP next to each Room Type under each Rate.
The final step would be to Remove the Property ID from the main page. This will then remove the connection from being active.
Once the connection is no longer active, any reservations previously made will not be updated or changed so any Cancellations or modifications will need to be manually updated by the property.
