Card Code Mapping

Card Mapping is required to successfully deliver guests card information with the reservation to the PMS.

You will need to retrieve all of the card type codes that the developer of the Roomlynx WS/API uses before completing this mapping.

Guestline Distribution > Connections> Mapping

1. Select RoomlynxWS from the Connection drop-down 
2. Select Card Code from the Mapping Type drop-down 
3. Select Add
4. Enter the PMS Value as entered in the PMS. 
5. Enter the code as provided by the third party in Channel Value
6. Click Save

Repeat for all card types as required

Note - Always ensure a Default is ticked.

To remove the mapping, select Delete against the
