Summary

This article and embedded video are intended to be used as a guide for Guestline EPoS users when having the interface to GuestVoucher enabled.

The interface, currently, only supports the redemption of Monetary Vouchers.

Redeeming a Voucher

Step One

Login to Guestline EPoS

Step Two

Open your table bill or add items to an order 

Step Three

Go to the Payment Screen and press the button labelled Guest Vouchers

Step Four

Press in the empty text box and a keyboard will open, type out the Voucher Code and press Check.

or

With your 2D Barcode/QR Code scanner, scan the voucher's QR code and press Check

Step Five

To redeem all of the value of the voucher then press Redeem

press on the text box and enter an alternative value if you will be partially redeeming the voucher.
