Universal Search Bar

The Universal Search bar at the top of the screen replaces the Reservation and Quick Access searches in previous Rezlynx layouts.

Supported Searches

• Navigation/menu items
• Reservations (Booking reference, guest name, contact name, email address, phone number)
• Guest profiles (Profile reference, name, email address, phone number)
• Company profiles (Company profile reference, name, email address, phone number)
• Events (Event reference, event name, contact name, email address, phone number)
• Functions (Function reference, function name, contact name, email address, phone number)

Search Results page

To view a detailed list of all matching results, press "Enter" or click "View all results" at the top of the dropdown. Note that navigation items do not appear on the results page.

Where a search returns multiple results for one entity type, click the "View All Results" link under the list of results to open a search results page specific to that entity type only.

Entity filter

Use the dropdown arrow at the left of the search bar to return results for one specific entity type only.

Recent searches

The user's five most recent searches will display in the dropdown if no text has been inputted.

Typo recognition

Universal Search will recognise typos in navigation items and serve up the closest matching item.
