Refunding a token after check out

When refunding a token on a checked-out booking you can not post the refund to that booking and an NRA would need to be used.

Steps to Refund a Token on a Checked-Out Booking

1. Locate the reservation
2. Guarantee tab, Payment gateway, Click Refund 
3. Check the amount, Click Refund
   
   

Creating and Using a Non-Resident Account (NRA)

1. Create an NRA 
2. New Charge
   • Select the appropriate analysis code that reflects the type of refund being processed
   • Enter the refund amount as a negative value (e.g., -100).
   • Click Post
3. Add Payment
   • Choose manual payment, then select the pay type
   • Enter the refund amount as a negative value (e.g., -100).
   • Click 

After entering the refund and payment, the bill should balance to zero and the NRA can be checked out.
