To contact the support team via phone
- Call on +49 89 380 388 40 or +41 41 5620 504
- You will be placed in the queue until the call is answered.
- If there is a high volume of incoming calls and you have been in the queue for more than 5 minutes you can press # to request a callback
- The telephone service will read out the number it will return the call on – press 1 to confirm, or 2 to input a different return number
- You are prompted to leave a voice message and the call terminates, you will receive a callback once your call has reached position 1 in the queue
- If you are calling about an existing ticket, please have the case reference to hand as you are able to enter it into the telephone service to assist with the agent locating your case
