From Tuesday 26th November 2024 we will be launching our new Customer Success Portal.
We are currently loading all of our users and you will be emailed a link to complete your registration on or before Friday 22 November 2024.
With your portal user account you will be able to do the following:
- Access to the Guestline Knowledge Base
- Log a support case
- Check on the status of your outstanding cases (dependent on access)
How to Login to the Portal
- Go to The Customer Success Portal | Home
- In the I'm a Customer section choose ‘Sign into my Portal’
- Login with username and password.
- Once logged in, navigate to your typed name at the top right.

Go to Settings, under Location, choose your preferred language.
Note: Support is only available in English, German and Thai.
What if I don’t get the registration email by Monday 25th November 2024?
If you have not received a registration email by Monday 25th November 2024 please register for a Portal Account here: https://access-support.force.com/Support/s/login/SelfRegister
- Fill in the Registration form.
- Click Submit Application.
Once complete, you'll receive an email stating that your account is ready to use.
What if I don’t register for the Customer Success Portal?
Haven’t got time to register? No problem, you’ll still be able to access the knowledge base and raise cases via email, phone and chat, more details can be found on the below links:
