Templates can be used for a variety of different customer communications, such as confirmation, pre-arrival reminders, post-stay feedback to name just a few.
It is possible to automate reservation confirmation templates to be sent automatically from Rezlynx. To set up is a 3 step process. First you need to create your template, set up an automation, and check that a schedule is set to send out the templates.
Excluding from Template Automation
There may be occasions when you do not wish to send templated emails for particular reservations, but still wish to use the automated template for others.
These can be disabled from within a reservation by ticking ‘Exclude from Template Automation’ on the 'Notes and Logs' Page or from the Misc Page from an Event when using Standard C&B.
This feature enables an operator to determine if a reservation should be excluded from the automated template emails.
