Cancellation Templates can be sent from Rezlynx at the time of cancelling a reservation.
Cancellation Confirmation
When a reservation is cancelled, you are taken to a screen which provides a Cancellation Reference. From here you can send a Confirmation of Cancellation Template.
2 rows will appear; the 1st row is for the Contact, the 2nd row is for the Guest.
The information displays shows the following details (from left to right);
BookRef
Guest Name
Email Address
Fax Number
Mobile
If no information is displayed in the fields, the information has been missed from (not linked to) the Guest / Contact Profile.
To Email / Print a Cancellation Template
- Select the Template you wish to send using the options in the drop-down menu in the Template column. You can preview it by using the View button next to the template.

The send options are Print, Email, Fax and SMS.
Tick the format you wish to use. Any options which have grey boxes can not be used. - Press 'Execute' to send or print.
If printed, the template screen will close, and open the printer.
If emailed, the Template screen closes, and a Summary screen will confirm if the Confirmation has been sent successfully.
