Guarantee Page

This second tab within the Reservation enables the payment or guarantee details of the reservation to be entered.  It houses the 4th mandatory field, indicated by a red asterisk*. 

• Type - 5 options are available from the drop down box; 
  • Not Guaranteed
  • Credit Card
  • Ledger
  • Credit Card & Ledger
  • Other - This information is visible on the Guest List reports
• Comments - This information can be pulled onto the Guest List Reports by selecting 'Guarantee Comments' in the Reservation Items.
• Ledger - Companies with Credit Facilities can be added to the Ledger section by using the Search button.  It can also be attached by linking the Company / Agent from the Main Screen or within the Room Billing Screen once the guest has checked in.
• Charge Routing Rules - Pre-set Charge Routing Rules can be added to the reservation to route permitted charges to a Ledger or Folio in the reservation.  Or route them to another reservation, a NRA or a Master Account.
• Credit Card Payment Interfaces - Rezlynx can interface with third party Credit Card interfaces which securely store the credit card details and provide the property with a token to use in place of the credit card.
