- Click on New Bedroom Rate Plan
- Create the Rezlynx Rate code (we recommend prefixing the BW rate name with BW_e. Rate plan RACK at Best Western would be BW_RACK in PMS)
- Enter the rate plan Description (this can be found at Memberweb)
- Allocate the rate plan to the correct Group code and Sub Group Code
- A Market Segment default must be selected
- Tick the Rate Plan Available
- Enter the dates that the rate plan available between
- Enter the number of nights that a guest can book the rate plan. Unless a package 1-28 should be populated here
- Enter the number of occupants for the rate plan
- Charge Mode for rate plan must be Per Room
- Select Rate Rule
- Select the appropriate Product Rule i.e. Breakfast, Dinner
- If required attach relevant Supplement rule
- Expose Rate to PMS, Distribution Hub and BW CRS
- Restriction Level – This is the BW rate level for this rate plan
- BW Rate Plan enter here the BW Rate code i.e. RACK Not BW_RACK
- Send Values to BW – Should be ticked as the pricing will be controlled from PMS to CRS
- BW Discounted Rate – Tick if the rate is discounted by BW
- Send GTD/CXL Policy to BW – Tick if the Guarantee/CXL policy will be update from PMS to CRS
- Tick all room types the rate plan is available on
- BW Policies – Add the policy for the rate plan ensuring you cover the full duration of the rate plan
- Optional step – attach a company to the rate plan so it is hidden from general rate searches in PMS.
- Save
- Distribution Hub – Rate Related
- Rate Plans - Select the Rate you have created, Click Confirm
- Flex Rates - Select the Rate you have created, Click Confirm
Note; Re-Sync's should only be performed when a new room and/or rate plan is mapped
- Select the mapped rates and ensure the rates are correct.
- Select today as the start date and the end date as 365 days in the future
- Select Best Western
- Tick Inventory, Rates and Restrictions
- Tick the rate created
- Click start Resync
- Check Monitoring Page for successful updates on Rates and Inventory Interface
