How to create a Group Series

If creating a group for a series of groups for regular groups, such as a coach tours etc. This functionality will allow you to copy various elements of your current group into new group dates (Up to 60 times).

Select Options (...) > View Group Series.

Searching for a Group Series will show any groups copied already associated with your group.

Click on Create Group Series

Group details: this section shows what has already been created for the existing group.

Date Series: How far out will your copied groups go?  So here we’ve set the date until the end of 2016, because the group is being copied 5 times until the end of the year.

Weekly/Monthly: If the group is repeated on a weekly or monthly basis, these areas can be used when there is a defined day/week/month that the tour always stays on

Copy Options: Select which areas of the group you want to copy to your series

Create Grid: Using this area will allow you to create up to 10 entries in the grid, with dates selected by you.

Group Series Grid: This will allow you to free-type the name of the group, and set the arrival date on each row.  Make sure that the booking status affects availability!

Once you have filled in your grid, press Save.

Please note the following does NOT copy across with a group series:

• Rate Overides
• Mid Stay Changes
• Group Notes
