You can prioritize check in’s by placing them on the Q-Rooms report.
To do this simply tick the box by the relevant reservation and click Q-Checked
This will produce a time stamp on the check in, housekeeping can then clean the rooms in order of arrival time
To View Q-Rooms
The Change button is used to update the status of the room.
To remove your room from the Q-Room report, you can un-allocate the room number by selecting ‘Un-Allocate’ and re allocating an available room number or you can select the guests booking reference number and select ‘Check In’ and this will ask you if you wish to remove from Q (or just check in from the check in screen as normal
You can select ‘No’ this will check in the room for billing purposes but will keep the room on the Q-Rooms report for housekeeping.
Selecting ‘Yes’ will remove the room from the report.
