How to Add/Remove Rooms from the Group Block

A Block is used to ‘Hold’ rooms and restrict these rooms being sold as general availability

• Select the ‘Block’ tab.

Pressing ‘Show Availability’ will allow you to see available rooms for the night selected.

Pressing ‘Hide Availability’ will remove the availability of the block screen.

• Click ‘Add Combination’.
  Select the room type from the drop down menu > Enter the number of Adults, Children and Infants.

If you wish to block a different amount of rooms per room block, please keep the ‘Blocks’ box empty.

If you wish to have some double rooms with one occupant, and some with two, simply add another combination of rooms.  This will add another line against the room type

• Press Apply

Enter the number of rooms you wish to block in the ‘R’ box

• A = number of rooms of that type available
• B = number of rooms blocked of that type (as above)
• P = number of rooms picked up (at this point this will always show 0)
• R = number of rooms remaining to be picked up (at this point this will always show 0)

Once you press ‘Save’ the ‘A and B’ column will adjust.

To remove a combination, select the room type and press ‘Remove’.
