Batch Printing by Room / Folio

From the check out screen you can batch print your guests bill either by room number order or folio order

Click either Batch Print By Room or Batch Print By Folio

This will then load a list of room bills if there is any you do not want to print just unselect it from the list using the tick box

Select Batch Print Selected

Then select an output option for your guest’s bills.
