Non Resident Accounts (NRAs) have a variety of uses most commonly:
- Creating a No-Show Invoice
- Adding in additional items and purchases not linked to a reservation - i.e. Product purchased from reception, gift shop.
- To create an NRA select the 'Create' button on the upper left of the screen
- Add an NRA description - Guest Name, Booking Reference and reason for the charge i.e 'No Show' 'Gift Shop Sale' is best practice
- Profile - Options - Link and add in a guest profile if a full receipt is required
- Market Segment - Select from the list of options
- Media Source - Select from the list of options
- Interface Postings Mode - Select from the list of options
- Credit Limit - Add if applicable
- PO Ref - Add if applicable
- Select Save at the lower right of the screen.
- To apply charges, select 'Billing' to take you to the Room Billing Screen
- Your NRA can now be used like any other Room Account. Click here to Understand Room Billing.
- When on a zero balance the NRA can be checked out.
- Once checked out, you will received a pop up asking if you would like to create another identical NRA.
