The Reader Board report is a general overview of functions in date and time order. It is commonly used to check for any signage needed outside of function rooms. 
- Use the Date Range to enter chosen dates
- Use the Sort By to order by either Function Date or Function Room
The Results will provide all functions within your chosen date range and include the following information.
- Function Start Date
- Function Start Time
- Function End Time
- Reader Board Information
- Function Room
