The email area of Rezlynx can be used to send emails internally to other user's Rezlynx mailboxes as well as to external email addresses, as you would with Outlook etc.
Inbox
When you first open the email area of Rezlynx you will be presented with your Inbox. From here you can create a new email, delete emails, view your sent emails. This is also where you will see all of your received emails.
View Your Emails
To display an email, click on the subject line of the email.
Once in the email, you have the option to go "Back" to your Inbox, "Reply" to the original sender, "Reply All" to the original sender and any CC'd email addresses, "Forward" to an internal user or external email address, and "Delete" the email.
Emailing Internal Rezlynx Users
From your Inbox, Click "New"
Select the user you wish to send the email to from the dropdown list, then click "Add". To add multiple users to the email, select another user from the dropdown box and click "Add" again, repeat as many times as required. You have the option to CC multiple users if you do not want to add them all in the To box.
To remove a user from the To or CC box, highlight the user and click on "Remove". You can also clear all users from the To or CC box by clicking on the "Clear" button.
Fill in the Subject and Message boxes, then click "Send"
Emailing External Email Addresses
From your Inbox, Click "New"
Enter the full email address in the text box to the right of the To box, then click "Add". To add multiple email addresses to the To box, repeat as many times as required. You have the option to CC multiple email addresses in the same way.
*Limitations with attachments - You are only able to attach invoices to outgoing emails. Attachments on incoming emails will be stripped, as will any pictures in the body of the email.
To remove an email address from the To or CC box, highlight the email address and click on "Remove". You can also clear all email addresses from the To or CC box by clicking on the "Clear" button.
Fill in the Subject and Message boxes, then click "Send"
