Rate Tables

Within a Rate Table you can set up any static rates, a rate table will not give you the facility to place exceptions for a period of time or a particular date.
These tables are mainly used for special offers such as Christmas and New Year’s.

Existing Rate Tables will appear on the Left > Click on the + to see the tables within the group and click if you wish to edit an existing one.

• Select New Bedroom Rate Table or New Function Rate Table (Std C&B)
• Enter the Code, Group & Description.
• Enter your Value by room type and the day of the week.
  • Use your ‘Set All’ button to set either the whole grid, the room type of the day of the week.
• Select Save.
