Flex Rate Exceptions Import / Export

There is the ability to import or export Flex Table rate exceptions to a csv file.

Within the Flex table at the bottom right, there will be an Export and Import Button.

Selecting Export will download the rate exceptions to a csv file.

As a default the export is the current month’s exceptions, however if there is an exception more than a month out, then the export will consist of every date up until the final exception in the system.

Amendments can be made to the file i.e. prices, dates. The file must be saved as a .csv file.

Selecting Import and selecting your file will update the rate values for the relevant dates that you have filled in, into the exceptions tab.

Rate exceptions can only be set up to 36 months in advance.
