Step 1
In Rezlynx PMS - Distribution > Connection Configuration > Conversions
In Distribution (Roomlynx) - Channels > Channel Settings > Conversions
- Select the correct Property from the drop-down menu
- Select Booking.com from the Channel drop-down menu
- Select the Room Rate tab
- Select the Refresh Booking.com Rooms & Rates button
Note:
This will pull the most up to date room and rate information from Booking.com and store it. This is extremely important, as this is what allows you to choose Booking.com rooms and rates from the drop downs. Additionally, Roomlynx uses this stored data to send updates to Booking.com, so it is vital that this step is performed when mapping something new
- Click Add Row
- Tick 'Not Managed' if Roomlynx is not to send rates and restrictions to Booking.com for this conversion, use this option for ‘Derived’ rates
- Select the Rezlynx rate plan to be mapped from the PMS Rate drop-down list
Note: the rate plan will only show if it has been exposed to Roomlynx, in Rezlynx > Rate Plans
- Select the Rezlynx room to be mapped from PMS Room drop-down list.
Note: the room type will only show if it is available on the PMS rate plan
- Select the Booking.com rate plan from the Channel Rate drop-down list
- Select the Booking.com room type from the Channel Room drop-down list
- Multiple rows can be added at the same time. Once you have added all the conversions you need to, select Save
- Ensure that ‘Default’ PMS codes are defined. This will ensure any reservations on un-mapped room/rates can still enter the system.
Note:
- Any rate plans being mapped to Booking.com must NOT exceed more than 99 Max LOS. This setting can be found on the rate plan header in Rezlynx (Nights Per Room from)
Once Mapping has been completed in Roomlynx Conversions, the following Steps MUST BE FOLLOWED to ensure all Rates and Availability update successfully from Guestline Distribution to the Booking.com Extranet!

- Under Roomlynx, Rate Related, change Nights to 365
- Tick Flex Rates. From the drop-down menu select the rate(s) you have mapped.

- Tick Restrictions. From the drop-down menu select the rate(s) you have mapped. (replicate for Ceilings if in place)
- Click Confirm
