Room Type descriptions are visible in Room Types section under Codes & Rules 

To change a room type description:

• Cogs 
• Codes & Rules 
• Room Types
• Use the + to navigate to the room type description you wish to change
• Change the description
• Save 

Room Number descriptions are visible in Rooms section under Codes & Rules

To change a Room ID description

• Cogs 
• Codes & Rules 
• Rooms
• Use the + to navigate to the room ID description you wish to change
• Change the description
• Save

Any changes to the Room ID or the Room Type Code are not possible without intervention from our technical services team and are explained in this article.
