How to use the Rate Unavailable Overrides Report

To view all overrides that have taken place on a rate plan. An example of an override on this report, would be using a rate plan with a restriction in place for a minimum length of stay of two nights, for a one night stay.

Filters available:
From Date, To Date, Override Date or Affecting Date, Include Comments, Order By (Override Date/ From Date/ Booking Reference/ Room Type/ Rate Plan)

Can Filters be saved: ✔
Are there hyperlinks: ✖

Information:
Date, User, Booking Reference, From Date, To Date, Room Type, Rate Plan, Adults, Children, Infants, Reason, Comments (If selected)

Can be compared with:

The logs in the reservation, to see who applied to override.

Cannot be compared with:

Rate Override – Commonly confused reports. Rate unavailable overrides will not if there has been a price change, only when a rate that was showing in yellow or green has been used
