From feedback and analysis, we have identified that there is a small percentage of guests that once redirected to DBM from the hotel's website, they no longer continue with the booking process. To resolve this issue we have launched the Guestline DBM Panel, which replaces the existing DBM Widget.
How it works
"Book Now" is now situated down the right-hand side of any URL chosen.
Once 'Book A Room' has been selected, the DBM page will be displayed without redirecting the guest away from the hotel's website, resulting in a quick and easy booking experience. At any time the guest can close the Panel, if reopened during the guest's session, the guest will be returned to the last stage before close. Guests also have the option to expand the Panel, to cover the full width of their screen.

Guests will also have the option to add any upsells that are available. How to create an upsell.
There is no worry about missing out on payment details, as this is also requested during the booking process as well as any deposits required. How to create pre-payments.
Finally, the guest will receive confirmation of their reservation. They will also receive the standard email confirmation.
