How to add Function Types

A function type is a section of your event, for example in a wedding you may need different functions for ‘Wedding Breakfast’ ‘Wedding Reception’ and ‘Wedding Ceremony’.

If you have parts of your event happening in different places, they will need a separate function type.

When you build Function types you will need to give them a three letter code. This code is only seen on this screen. E.g. AFT for Afternoon Tea.

• The description is what the user will see.
• Give the function type an expiry date.
• When setting the times, you should choose the default time. E.g. Christmas Party would be from 19.00pm – 23.55.
  NOTE: do not use 00.00 or 01.00, always choose 23.55.

You will need a function type for everything you would like to book into Advanced C&B.
