How to add Layouts

Before you can build your rooms, you will also need to create your layouts. When a layout is attached to a room you can decide the minimum and maximum capacity, per room, per layout. Some examples of room layouts include; 'Boardroom' 'Theatre' 'Top Table with Rounds'

To Create a Layout:

• New
• Give the layout a code, maximum of 12 characters, use a _ instead of a space, no symbols.
• Give the layout a description, this is what the user will see and what will show on Event Sheets

Once created go to Configuration Rooms and add the layout to the layout tab at the top of each room.
