Attributes are used to customise your Advanced Conference & Banqueting system. They are site-specific attributes that are built into four different areas of the system.
- Event Bookings
- Function Bookings
- Function Room Configuration
- Enquiry Booking
Click New.
Enter/Select the following details:
Attribute Code – Code used to identify the attribute (Maximum of 12 digits).
Attribute Description – Description of the attribute.
Attribute Type -
- Text – Free type textbox.
- Single-Selection – Option to add answer fields. The user will only be able to select a single option.
- Multiple Selection – Option to add answer fields. The user will be able to select Multiple Options.
- Numeric – Free type textbox. Only valid when a number is imputed.
Mandatory Field – This will make it mandatory for the user to fill in the field type, before they are able to save.
Shown on – This will select which pages the attribute should be displayed on.
Press Save.
