Special Events can be recorded in Rezlynx and will display on the Availability, Planner and Diary pages. Examples: Bank Holidays, local events, concerts etc
Adding a New Group
- Click New Group.
- Enter the Event Group Code and Description.
- Using the sliders set the Group Colour.
- Select Properties.
- Press Save.
Adding a New Event
- Click New Event.
- Select the Event Group Code.
- Enter the Start Date and End Date.
- Complete the Description.
- Select the Properties.
- Press Save.
