How to create Facilities

Facilities help the staff find a hotel with the facilities the guest requires.

These could be anything from a kitchen, car parking, restaurant, swimming pool or spa facilities.



Creating a new Group

• Click New Group.
• Enter the Facility Group Code and Description.
• Select the Properties.
• Save.

Creating a new Facility

• Click New Facility Code.
• Select the Facility Group.
• Enter the Facility Code and Description.
• Select the Field Type.
• Select the Default Value.
• Tick to Display on the Confirmation.
• Define the Order.
• Select Properties.
• Press Save.
  
  

Field Type – choice field for how the facility will display, small text box, large text box, date, number, yes/no, list box, URL link or Image.

Order – if the property has multiple facilities, the order in which they should display.
