How to add a Diary Custom Order

Each user has the ability to have their own custom order of the diary in Advance C&B.  
Once a Custom Order has been defaulted, the diary for that user will automatically show in this order. Users can change it at any time in the diary or in configuration.

Changes made in configuration will become the users default setting, where as in the diary the user can temporarily change the order using the “sort by” filter.

Click New.

Enter Name of the Diary Custom Order.

Use the Up/Down buttons to order rooms.

Press Save.

Select the box on the Custom Order the user requires.
