How to amend Status Codes

In this area you can choose the colours that the status’ show on the diary, and change if they should show or not.

The Status codes are not created here; to do this you will need to go to System > Configuration > Status Codes.

To change the colour:

Click into the box and use the sliders to adjust the colour.

The first slider is red
The second slider is green
The third slider is blue

Show in Diary

There are certain statuses that you may not want to show in the diary, like Enquiry, Cancelled and Lost. Untick the show in diary tick box to make these statuses not show. Note you will still get a calendar/clock at the top of your page to be able to click into the event.
