Used to monitor and manage the tracking activities of the event team.
This is a recommended hot key for event staff.
Select below in your event.
The type of checklist displayed is preset on the event.
Some data will be filled in automatically, but simply fill in the other data or change the preset data with the data you want to display in your checklist. Add notes if required, the field will expand when clicked.
If you need more descriptions for your specific event, you can select the 'Add' button on the checklist and choose what you want to add.
If you want to use a different checklist, select it from the drop-down menu.
Using the checklist means that anyone viewing the event can immediately see what stage the booking is at.
The checklist shows you your pursuits and actions that are due on a particular date or date range.
You can filter this by event. For example, you can track only provisional bookings or booking requests, or finalise appointments for appointment management.
You can also either select yourself (so that you only see the tasks for the events you have scheduled) or select multiple coordinators so that you can track tasks together as a team or in the absence of another team member. You can set the default coordinator in the Adv. C&B ini settings.
You can also filter by checklist type and activity status. The checklist type gives you the option to focus on one task at a time, for example, tracking all deposits at once. The activity status shows you pending tasks or completed tasks. Switching to "Completed" allows you to see your team's implementation speed and effectively track deposits.
The event reference is displayed on the left-hand side. This is a hyperlink that will take you directly to the event for more information. From this screen you can change the date to be displayed in the checklist and edit the comments. You can also mark tasks as completed, which turns them into completed. Similarly, you can change the notes and date when you 'deselect' a completed task. Checklists are set up in the configuration.
*Note that in the configuration you can enter dates for a certain number of days/weeks before/after the creation/start. After configuration, checklists are attached to all event types so that they are completed for you per event.
