How to change the number of delegates on an Event

Using the Event Search Parameters find your Event.
Click on the Event reference.
Amend the delegate numbers.
The Delegates Number Change pop up has four options:
- Change all delegates - changes all delegates on all functions.
- Change the same - changes the number on all the attached functions.
- Do not change any - changes the number on the functions that were the same as the original event number.
- Select functions - allows you to specify which functions you want to update.
The Delegate Number Change pop will give you three options for F&B Items:
- Change all F&B menus/items - updates all menus and items on all functions.
- Change the same - changes the number on the menus that were the same as the original event number.
- Do not change any - does not update menus and items.
Click Save.
