- Enter the Date of the Event.
- Click on the Event you wish to cancel.
- Click on the Event Reference.
- In the Status drop down box, change the Event to Cancelled.
- Click Save.
- Choose the Cancellation reason from the drop down box.
- Enter any additional notes about the Cancellation in the Notes box.
- Click Save.
