In the event you need to return a faulty POS terminal and arrange a replacement you will need to provide the following details to support@guestline.com for them to pass on to Trust Payment / Secure Retail to arrange collection.
- Full address for collection
- Contact name
- Contact phone number and email
- Quantity of devices to be collected
- Serial Number (S/N) and Terminal ID (TID) of each device you wish to return.
