All Events need to be checked in for the revenue to be raised against them.
To check in a function room, identify the Function to be checked in within the Function Bookings section of the Check In screen. This is located directly below the bedrooms to be checked in.
Click on Check In next to the function booking you wish to check in.
A summary of the booking will be displayed on the screen.
The Misc and Guarantee Tabs are available to be viewed if necessary.
Once all information is correct, select ‘Confirm’ and you will be taken to a screen with the option to go back to the check in screen.
The functions can be checked in, in batch, by selecting the box next to the functions and using Check In Checked at the top of the screen. When asked if you are sure you wish to check in these bookings, press Yes and the functions will all be checked in at the same time.
