How to search for a Reservation in CRS

The CRS Reservation Search function is split into two sections; Advanced Reservation Search Parameters and Quick Search.

The Advanced Reservation Search Parameters give the following search fields to find a reservation:

Property – Which property or site within the Group the reservation has been created on.
Property Town – The town where the property is located
Arrival Date – A drop down calendar allow you to select a date or manually type
Departure Date - A drop down calendar allow you to select a date or manually type
Creation Date - A drop down calendar allow you to select a date or manually type
Last Edit Date - A drop down calendar allow you to select a date or manually type
Creation User – The operator who created the booking
Last Edit User – The Operator who last edited the booking
Limit – defaulted to 25 but can be changed
Booking Reference– the one generated in Rezlynx: either at PMS or CRS level
PMS, CRS or Virtual – These tick boxes allow you to select the type / level of Booking Ref users are searching for.
Distribution Ref – For reservations received from other channels
Surname
Forename
Post Code
Room Type
Company
Booking Status – status of the booking, e.g Confirmed etc…
From – The level in Rezlynx the booking was made: At PMS, CRS or both

There are four Quick Search options which when selected perform the following;

Created - inserts the current date into the Creation field and selects Reservation Statuses in the Advanced Reservation Search Parameters
Created by me Today - inserts the current date into the Creation field, inserts the logged in User into the Creation User field and selects Reservation Statuses in the Advanced Reservation Search Parameters
Last Edited by me Today - inserts the current date into the Last Edit Date field, inserts the logged in User into the Last Edit User field and selects Reservation Statuses in the Advanced Reservation Search Parameters
