Using CRS Rate Search

The CRS Rate Search screen is divided into 2 sections:

The First Section is the Contact, where users have the option to link a new or existing profile at this stage, which will attach on to any subsequent reservation.

The Second section, allows users to use one, or a combination of, the following search criteria filters to search for available rate plans:

• Brand
• Property
• Town
• Arrival Date
• Departure Date
• Number of Nights
• Number of Rooms
• Number of Adults, Children and Infants
• Company
• Promotional Code
• POI
• Rate Plan
• Rate Level
• Market Segments

The tick box option allows you to 'Hide Rates when Restricted By', which can be set as a default in the Ini Group Settings > Reservations.

Once you have entered the required search criteria, the Total Cost button will turn from blue to red. 

By clicking on to it, results will display all available rates in Property Order.

Selecting the Reset Filters button will clear all the search fields, allowing the user to begin another rate plan search.
