- Click Add New Template.
- Select Function Booking Notes from the Type drop down.
- Call your Template a Name i.e Wedding
- Fill in each Notes tab with the default notes you would like to populate.
- Each tab represents each Note Box available within the Function Booking.
- Click Save Template.
The template can be attached to your Function Types that you have built.
Only one Template can be attached to each Function Type.
