Quick notes can be added to the system for any items that are typed repeatedly, for example, please make up extra bed or BB to Company/Agent.
Please note these DO NOT feed to PMS level and are only for CRS reservations.
To add a New Group
- Click New Group.
- Enter the Code & Description.
- Press Save.
To create a New Quick Note
- Click New Quick Note.
- Select the Quick Note Group Code.
- Complete the Code and Description.
- Tick the area's of the system the note should be Available in.
- Press Save.
