Status codes are used to define the status of a room or booking.
Please note these are shared with ALL properties.
To add/edit Status Codes to Title Booking
- Click on Title Booking.
- Enter Display Option.
- Complete Description.
- Select if the status Affects Availability.
- Tick Available In (C&B only in Adv C&B).
- Press Save Changes.
To add/edit Status Codes to Housekeeping Room
- Click on Housekeeping Room.
- Enter the Display Code.
- Complete the Description.
- Enter HK Status Time if required.
- Set the colour by clicking on the box & moving the sliders.
- Click Update Colour.
- Choose if the Status is Used or Not Used.
- Press Save Changes.
To add/edit Group & Allotment Booking
- Click on Group & Allotment Booking.
- Enter Display Code.
- Complete Description.
- Set if status Affects Availability.
- Select if status will Allow Pickup.
- Press Save Changes.
