It is possible to mark a booking as having Invalid Card Details or as a No Show within Roomlynx:
- Log on to Roomlynx
- Using the top menu bar, select Channels and Reservations under the Reservations section
- Enter the Booking.com unique booking reference to the Search field:
- Click Search
- Click View
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click either 'Report Card as Invalid' or 'Report as No Show', depending on action required, this is the same action as the Booking.com extranet.
