It is possible to mark a reservation as having an Invalid Card in Roomlynx for Booking.com, this action is the same as performing the action on the Booking.com extranet.
- Make sure the correct property is selected under Property
- Search for the reservation using the CRS confirmation number, arrival date, booking date or guest name
- Click on View
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click the button 'Report Card as Invalid'
