If a Reservation was created at CRS Level, the following cannot be done at PMS Level:
- Cancelling a Reservation – this must be completed at the level it was created.
- Copying a Reservation
Other Items to take note of:
- If the reservation is being viewed PMS level, you can set a red warning message to be displayed at the top right-hand side of the screen.
To set, go to …. CRS > Configuration > Ini Group Settings > Reservations > Reservation Section.
Click Update
- When a reservation is made at CRS level by the reservations team, the source can be auto filled, this is useful for reporting & also for site to know where it was made.
To set, go to …. CRS > Configuration > Ini Group Settings > Reservations > Reservation Section.
