Creating a CRS Reservation

Complete the following main information:

• Arrival Date
• Departure Date
• No of Nights
• No of Rooms
• Adults
• Children
• Infants

Click Total Cost to display all available room types, properties and prices.

To select the chosen Room Type and Rate Plan, click on the Monetary Value.

Link a Contact Profile, it will prompt for the name to be the lead

• If No is selected, a free type name or another linked profile can be added via the Rooming List Tab.

Select the Media Source from the Misc. Tab

Select the Booking Status and Guarantee Tab from the Policies & Payments Tab.

Click Save.
