Ask Hotel for Agoda Extranet logon credentials
When logging into Agoda, the first page that you come to is the 'Dashboard'. At the top of the page you have tabs for 'Allotments and Rates', 'Reports', 'Settings' and 'Book Button’.
When taking a new connection live it is important to 'Load Tariff' for each room type. If this is not done, then you will see the update error message
Error Message No rate on 5/25/2013 12:00:00 AM. Please set rate before setting the allotment.
To 'Load Tariff' select Load Tariff from the 'Allotment and Rates' tab.
For each room type, enter a start date and end date, set the end date into the future by 2 years from the start date.
In the boxes for 'Single', 'Double' and 'Full Occupancy' if displayed, enter 999.00 into each box, then click on 'Add'. Scroll down the page.
At the bottom of the page you will see that the 999.00 has updated on the screen below. Then click on 'Save'.
This process must be completed for each room type. When you have completed this process a 'Resynchronisation' can be sent.
To view the hotel room availability, click on 'Allotment and Rates' and select 'Room Control'.
To view the rate that the hotel is selling at, click on 'Allotment and Rates' and select 'Rate Control.
To check to see if the hotel is signed up the Agoda's APS programme, click on 'Allotment and Rates' and use the drop-down feature to view if the hotel has both 'Retail' and 'APS' showing in the drop down. If the hotel has both then they will have signed up to the APS programme. This will affect how the hotels rate plans will need to be mapped.
